The location of Urbano FLH Hotels Lisboa couldn't have been better. I was right in the heart of the city, close to everything I wanted to visit. The room was clean and had all the modern amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and I must say that I was positively surprised by everything! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the center of old town. The room was delightful and I appreciated all the amenities it provided like air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always trying their best to make my stay more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and I had no problem connecting my devices.
If you're looking for a place to stay that's luxurious, comfortable, and provides a great service, I highly recommend checking out this place.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, excellent staff. Delicious breakfast with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks available all day/night. Comfortable rooms in the heart of everything. So close to all the sights! Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was clean, with daily changes of sheets and towels. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant old town and close to all the neighborhoods in this city. The breakfast was substantial, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the helpful staff and the location. The staff were pretty good too ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their assistance was greatly appreciated. The hotel was also situated in a prime location, great to easily explore the city and visit key attractions. we loved the fact that breakfast could be enjoyed in the room, adding a special touch to our mornings.
The room lacked natural light, creating a somewhat gloomy atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the heart of the city and close to a metro station. It is also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions such as Praca do Comercio, Rossio square, the Cathedral, and the Alfama district. the hotel features modern decorations and facilities, with a spacious reception area that doubles as a breakfast room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower and effective air conditioning.
There were some issues with the shower doors in the bathroom, which made it difficult to open or close without first opening the bathroom door.
